回轉煆燒(shao)爐(窯)工作(zuo)原(yuan)理(li)
回轉煆燒(shao)窯壹(yi)般(ban)由爐筒(tong)、加熱系統(tong)、保溫(wen)系統(tong)、進(jin)料(liao)系統(tong)、出(chu)料(liao)控(kong)制系統(tong)組(zu)成(cheng)。該設(she)備(bei)壹(yi)般(ban)按(an)所(suo)采(cai)用能源(yuan)的不同可分(fen)為(wei)燃氣式(shi)煆燒(shao)窯和(he)電加熱式(shi)煆燒(shao)窯。當(dang)爐(lu)體溫度加熱到工藝(yi)要求(qiu)後,將要煆(duan)燒(shao)的物(wu)料(liao)由進料(liao)系統(tong)將送(song)入爐(lu)筒(tong)內。加熱系統(tong)采(cai)用(yong)電(dian)加熱輻(fu)射(she)或燃燒(shao)器加熱,通過(guo)調節電加熱功(gong)率(lv)調節或燃燒(shao)器的調節來保持(chi)爐膛(tang)各區(qu)域的(de)工(gong)作溫(wen)度。
爐筒(tong)存在壹(yi)定傾(qing)斜,使(shi)爐筒(tong)在慢(man)速轉動過(guo)程中,物(wu)料(liao)壹(yi)邊(bian)煆燒(shao),壹(yi)邊(bian)緩(huan)慢(man)向前移(yi)動,物(wu)料(liao)在爐筒(tong)內的(de)停(ting)留時間,可通(tong)過(guo)調節爐筒(tong)的傾(qing)角和(he)轉速來控(kong)制,最後由爐尾(wei)出料(liao)系統(tong)將物(wu)料(liao)送(song)至(zhi)下壹(yi)道(dao)工序(xu)。
